Mr. Joseph Maalouf, Executive Vice-President, was based in Montreal, Canada since the early 90’s. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a major in Marketing from Montreal's Concordia University and is the founder and director of  a Canadian management company since 1994. He specializes in international project management and strategic business consulting, as well as the development and commercialization of real-estate, leisure and entertainment-based properties.

Since 1999, Mr. Maalouf  oversaw the development of a major portfolio of mixed-use resort communities around the world under the MMC & RecreAction banners, and was involved in all owner-developer aspects including finance, operations, design, management, marketing,  and sales.
